The final blossoming of the Constitution. The founding revolutionaries could not free everybody all at once, but left a structure in place that could.

US250 or just #250, takes aim at the coercive elements in society with lessons on what a Free America, and then, by example, a free world would be like. A workshop to plan for the next 250. 2026 is Americas 250^th birthday.

Greens Progressives and INDEPENDENTS need to work together. I suggest Progressives join the Green Party that has done the work to get on the ballots of most states, but otherwise is a fish flopping on the dock. Let the Democrats have all the dinner party, city slicker Libruls they want. Conservative conspiracy theorists rarely have any true insights, but I’ve learned that t***p voters are generally nature enthusiasts and pet lovers and we can help the ones that regain their common sense.  These are regular folks, these are the people that can be lured away from the GOP by a common sense third party agenda.

         We need to be there when the Administration betrays maga working class and undermines the United States. Their USA. Our U.S. Independents need a place to go. #independentmajorityparty

 Most workers pay lip service to the loudmouth MAGA’s at their workplace and there are more independent thinkers than anyone realizes. With 25% Democrats and 25% Republicans, independent voters are 50% of voting age citizens. The maths are in your face.

250 years old in 2026. We can reclaim America for Independent, working class Americans. (That’s you, buh.) We can reject the Project 2025 that imagines the neighborhood seanhannity on the corner of your street. He’s got his A-15 loaded and checking ID’s as you leave or enter. “Waitin’ on them robot dogs” to arrive, to help him keep people under observation.

Xian nationalists consider the America we know as a secular mistake. It’s supposed to be Gods country! Christian Conspiracy theorists show aerial diagrams of Washington DC to be laid out in a pentagram! (Actually, a Goddess temple complex). Lady Liberty is an evil, demonic goddess. Did you know that? They are clearly out of their minds and #250 can be our foundation in reality.

 In actuality, this is the last stand for the Constitution as intended by our Founding Revolutionaries.

My short bio. 1974. I was fetching my laundry and halfway there, I was stopped by a hooded stranger in the Connecticut Packing Company parking lot on Blue Hills Avenue. The Libertarian Party had just formed, primarily by anarchists.

Was this person a young man or woman? I honestly couldn’t tell, and why would it matter? It’s what’s in our heads and hearts that count, right? It was probably the most interesting conversation I ever had. We talked about bad leadership in government and drudgery in the workplace along with the indoctrination of the school system. “Authority is derived by the free consent of the people”, I replied quoting the Fundamental Orders of 1639. And that means for all of us. US 250 is about all of us. As citizens, voters, workers and children.

It was one of those moments where a stranger brings a major revelation for the life that lay ahead. We talked for an hour or two as my laundry sat in the dryer. Never exchanging names, The Anarchy Exchange.

I voted for the candidate they were advocating and have tried to avoid coercive elements in my life since then.

A broken treaty is a broken covenant. We start there. Repair what’s been broken. People have been herded onto reservations and cities.  Time to become an actual melting pot.

 1        JUDGEMENT DAY FOR CORPORATIONS. Nullify corporations are people. Nature is not there for them to own. Stop calling common sense and empathy, socialism. 

    We are going to build an infrastructure for all the small farms on this planet and the illegitimately rich are going to pay for it.

2    You don’t overtax yearly income. You tax accumulated wealth. The illegitimate wealth that has trickled up during the Reagan Era of Greed. Billions and billions and billions. We work more than ever and they run the world without our input. They’re not the job creators, they are the job destroyers and community oriented economies biggest foe.

Here’s a 28^th amendment suggestion. “ Tax total assets of the wealthiest 10% OF TAXPAYERS which include value of all stocks, gold, money & property; TILL THE NATIONAL DEBT IS LESS THAN THE YEARLY BUDGET!”  The wealthiest 10 percent get taxed 10%. We built this country and all they did was create a parasite white collar economy, riddled with greedy middlemen and Mad Men selling one profit making scam after another.  Illegitimate wealth no one will feel sad about taxing. Ill gotten gains.

We need 38 states to ratify this? Let’s go! Who but the obscenely wealthy would object? Everyone else would jump on the bandwagon because all other taxes can be reduced/ When this becomes apparent it will be a tide shift.

 

3    First two agreements try to work at the mega structure and slow changes that need to start now. So many are suffering now and how can we all help? Agreement 3 has to be about everyone having water and shelter from the storm. #3 is a UBI that starts at $500. Nearly everyone in my working life would have greatly benefitted. Child care is so expensive. Instead of this crazy 4000 page tax code with exemptions and write offs and excessive tweaking, you have a flat tax system for most that has only one exemption.

People dealing with Alsheimer'd parents or a lifetime injury. Your 45 year old child has brain cancer. All I’ve seen in my life are hard working people that are underpaid at the job and overwhelmed at home.  

It all went into shareholders pockets and made local millionaires like Rock City and Hirams. Many of the homeless would find more or more decent lodging if they knew they had 500 coming in every month. Many will say 500 is not enough but I know from living paycheck to paychek it makes all the differne to lives of quiet desperation. UBI comes with a catch (see below) and eliminates a lot of government paperwork. The indigent have to declare any thing of value they own. Small business has to keep every receipt keep up with new regulations while large companies hire people to do that.

 

4    EXECUTIVE ORDER  ban clear cutting. Don’t cut down ANY more old trees. Begin the process to make paper and wood recycling viable by putting a tariff on plastic, making many future jobs possible in the US and waste reduction more probable. Clear cutting and easy profits will leave us with destroyed forest ecosystems. Earth needs ancient trees not just baseball bats.

Create jobs and no more trading our health by hacking down Earths lungs for temporary profits. Recycling all wood and paper would create so many jobs. Defining clear cutting as lumbering more than three trees per acre. Not dead trees of course.

5      FLAT TAX INITIATIVE   (FT)

$500/m UBI only for the people that sign up for the flat tax initiative. CITIZENS ONLY. Sign up with your social security number.

Access to nationwide job bank.

Give up all other forms of government assistance such as food stamps.

Helping the homeless and those living in their cars. Enable the homeless in LA to move on and get something started. They just need a little scratch. You know close a foreign embassy or something.

Making taxation much simpler.

Where are you? There is only one exemption. $10,000. This is finally giving a real helping hand to the working poor.

10% for income between $0 and $99,999.

20% for income between $100,000 and $999,999

And 30% for all income over $1,000,000 which would include most corporations.

$10,000 is the only exemption, period. No more 4000 page tax code for these guys.

Tax is paid the next year. Social Security is worked out elsewhere here.

BUSINESS INCOME?

  $25,000 exemption if you sign up with the FTI

  10% flat tax for income up to $1,000,000

  20% flat tax for income between one million and one billion.

  30% for income or sales over one billion. With only the one exemption of $25,000

Finally small business gets a break

Slashing loopholes in tax code eventually gets many on FTI as write offs are slashed.

6      Cap Then Reduce military budget 5% a year. Should be easy at first. Like shooting fish In a barrel.

Close 200 military bases in Japan and Germany.

Sell 20 ambassador palaces and then create 1000 animal rescue shelters here in America.

Reducing the military budget will enable us to bring the jobs home and too bad for all those foreign cities that depend on drunken American sailors keeping their economy afloat.

The working class needs to oversee the federal budget to start cutting out the waste. #US250 aims to eliminate the corporate nanny state and sleazy companies will #getthespotlight.

7      There’s a child care crisis that is much bigger and more apparent to those in America that are not distracted by a border crisis.

 How do we help people unable to afford child care? We all need to work on this together. This is an actual American problem not re-naming the Gulf of Mexico.

 How about we tax churches to subsidize the child care industry?

Okay you watch 4 children for 100 a week. You register as a business so you get a $25,000 deduction on your $21,600 income. But you made $6000 selling bicycles. Now the income is $27,160. Your 10% tax on $2,160 taxable income is $216, due the following year.

Logically then, the companies to first sign up are those that don’t have many business expenses.

 

8    keep it ethical. Be fair to everyone, Don’t leave shit around. We want to be trusted so you have to be honest in every dealing you have. Americans are portrayed as loudmouth hucksters. Cabinet member calling us uneducated and unfit for modern jobs. You know that ain’t right.

That includes blocking roads burning cars and threatening people.

9     Does the Green Party address the needs of workers? Or just white collar virtue signaling issues? The Democratic party chairman wants to dismantle the Greens. We can’t be stuck weith these two pork-lardered corrupt parties. Crime and greed are normalized and legal. So I’m asking you to join the Green Party. With Progressives and Independents aboard we’ll be equal thirds. Progressives register green instead of

Green Party will have primaries in 2028. Please … not Jill Stein again. Primaries will draw attention to the oligarchic leaning Dems and Pubs.

If there is a rush to join the Green Party the media will light up with stories.

Be about the message, not getting money for commercials.

10    THE NEW SQUARE DEAL

a)          New Homestead Act  without the corruption of the first one where railroads were given stolen land. Real estate developers bought claims of poor homesteaders for pennies on the dollar.keep

b) FORECLOSURE MORATORIUM   speaks for itself. With a non-profit banking system encased in the Post Office, and an ongoing investigation into usurious loaning practices, foreclosures can end for two years.
