THE 28TH AMENDMENT WORDING

4 Elder care, Child care ... is so expensive but the issue has to be dealt with. People dealing with Alsheimer'd parents or a lifetime injury would be greatly thankful for this help of $500 as a start. People trying to keep a job and care for people who really need their help.
