US 250
The
final blossoming of the Constitution. The founding revolutionaries could not
free everybody all at once, but left a structure in place that could.
US250 or just #250, takes aim at the coercive elements in society with lessons on what a Free America, and then a free world would be like. A workshop to plan for the next 250.

1 JUDGEMENT DAY FOR CORPORATIONS. Nullify the cartoonish notion that corporations are people. Citizens united against citizens united. Nature is not there for them to own. Stop calling common sense empathy for people and preserving forests, socialism.

2 You don’t overtax yearly income. You tax accumulated wealth. The illegitimate wealth that has trickled up during the Reagan Era of Greed.

Billions and billions and billions. You’re supposed to tax the people who gamed the system the last 50 years, you ninnies.
We work more productively than ever before, yet they run the world without our input. We object strongly to the changes wrought to small business in the United States.
Giant corporations are not the job creators, they have been the job destroyers and community oriented economies biggest foe.
Fifty million farms and small, locally important, businesses have been wiped out.
For what? For the
monopolies of the 20 biggest corporations that are now fixin’ to own
everything. They all own each other already.
Here’s
a quickie 28th amendment suggestion to get America off to a brand
new start. “ A 10% tax on total assets of the wealthiest 10% OF TAXPAYERS which will include
value of all stocks, gold, money. TILL THE
NATIONAL DEBT IS LESS THAN THE YEARLY BUDGET!”
We
need 38 states to ratify this? Let’s go! Who but the obscenely wealthy would
object? Everyone else would jump on the bandwagon because everyone’s else's tax burden
can be reduced. When this becomes apparent it will be a tide shift. Just need the momentum to get going.
THE 28TH AMENDMENT WORDING
“When the federal deficit exceeds the yearly budget, the wealthiest 10% of the population will pay a 10% luxury tax till the deficit is less than the yearly budget." I like it more every time I hear it.
Part of this effort is also to find and categorize the rich. Bitcoin is looking like a scam for the Ultra rich to launder money.

Why you should listen to Boomers. We
saw a world where every town had a lumber yard. Every neighborhood had a corner
market. Right where people lived, like Whites Market on Hartford Ave. in
Wethersfield. Bakeries everywhere with local people and products. Not just

3 First two agreements try to work at the mega structure and slow changes that need to start now. So many are suffering now and how can we all help? 4 Child care is so expensive. People dealing with Alzheimered parents or a lifetime injury all would be greatly thankful for this help of $500. Our sweat blood and taxes built this American super structure of predatory vulture, hyper-capitalism, but I look at the list of billionaires and feel sickened. Use it or lose it.
All I’ve seen all my life are hard working people that are underpaid. The profits all went into shareholders pockets or made local millionaires like th owners of Rock City and Hirams.
Many of the homeless would find more or more decent lodging, even with this (considered small) UBI. UBI comes with a catch (see below)
5 ban clear cutting. Encourage Canada t do the same. Place a tariff on plastic. On products, duh, not countries! Don’t cut down ANY more old trees.
Begin the process to make paper and wood recycling viable by putting a tariff on plastic, making many future jobs possible in the US and waste reduction more possible. We have to clean up NOW so future generations won’t be full of plastic bits in our naughty bits.
Clear cutting forests for easy profits has left us with destroyed forest ecosystems. We need these forests and we should make more National Parks. Earth needs ancient trees not just baseball bats.
Create
jobs and no more trading our health for temporary profits. Recycling all wood
and paper would create so many jobs and slow down the earth defiling plastic chemicals seeping into everything. . Defining clear cutting as lumbering more

FLAT TAX INITIATIVE (FTI)
$500/m UBI for anyone signing up for the flat tax initiative. CITIZENS ONLY. Sign up with your social security number. Even if you no longer work you can sign up for the 500/month if you feel you need it.
When you join you get access
to a nationwide job bank. Make it easy to list and remove jobs. Automatically deleted after a week let's say. Easily locating
nearby employment. You pay a ten percent flat tax and there is only one exemption. The first $10,000 is tax exempt. BUT ITS THE ONLY EXEMPTION. NONE FOR CHILDREN or the 6 million tax exemption in the 4000 page tax code.
Think of how much simpler that will be to administer. People got multiple ways of making money just lump all your sales together and pay a 10% flat tax. When you sign up for the FTI PROGRAM.
Me ... I make about 700 a month aside from social security.
Giving up all other forms of government assistance such as food stamps with the $%00 UBI. So therefore. This slowly streamlines government. You get UBI, and all federal benefits end. Not the logical ones, but the complicated myriads of agencies trying to help the distressed, homeless and indigent. Most people, probably 75 million in the US would greatly benefit.
So 12 months times 700 is not enough to get taxed.
Finally, $500 for helping the homeless and those living in their cars. Enable the homeless in LA
to move on and get something started. This is the beginning of the end of homelessness.
Making
taxation much simpler.
There is only one exemption. $10,000. This is finally giving a real helping hand to the working poor. I think this entire program would wipe out a lot of fraud with the myriad of agencies. Over times most would be subject to the flat tax. (see below details)
FLAT TAX INITIATIVE
10% for income between $0 and $99,999.
20%
for income between $100,000 and $999,999
And
30% flat tax for all income over $1,000,000. Remember. One exemption. $10,000.
$10,000 is the only exemption, period. No more 4000 page tax code for these guys. In 2026, the people who will get elected to Congress, will do the research and will show how to eliminate tax write offs imn the current Internal Revenue code.
The lobbyists have complexly take over our representatives. Think of the 3 martini lunch that the rich write off as an example, while you're out there trying to finish the roof before the rain comes.

BUSINESS
INCOME?
$25,000 exemption if you sign up with the FTI Business
10% flat tax for income up to $1,000,000
20% flat tax for income between one million
and one billion.
30% for income or sales over one billion.
With only the one exemption of $25,000 deduction finally helps small businesses to start up. Maybe tax the churches and don't tax the FARMERS! Maybe a third designation and that gets you a 50,000 dollar designation.
Finally small business gets a break and we get the opportunity to launch millions of small businesses to create communities that the corporate stranglehole has destroyed.
Slashing
loopholes in tax code eventually gets many to join the FTI as tax write offs are
slashed.

Cap Then Reduce military budget 5% a year. Should
be easy at first. Like shooting fish In a barrel. Have the military explain the pensions that will be going out for the next 50 years. How much will be needed?
Close 200 military bases in Japan and Germany. Tell me why not? Put an end to that type of wasteful spending.
Sell
20 ambassador palaces and then create 1000 animal rescue shelters here in
America.
Reducing the military budget will enable us to bring
the jobs home and too bad for all those foreign cities that depend on drunken American
sailors keeping their economy afloat.
The
working class needs to oversee the federal budget to start cutting out the

8 There’s a
childcare crisis that is much bigger and more apparent to those in America
than a border crisis.
How do we help people unable to afford child
care? We all need to work on this together. This is an actual American problem unlike
re-naming the Gulf of Mexico.
How about we tax churches to subsidize the
child care industry?
9 keep it ethical. Be fair to everyone, Don’t leave shit around. We want to be trusted, so you have to be honest in every dealing you have. Americans are portrayed as loudmouth hucksters. Cabinet member calling us uneducated and unfit for modern jobs. Fuck you. You know that ain’t right. We don't all want to be tech bros.
Being ethical is not about blocking roads, burning cars and threatening people. It's about being clever instead. We only need the
first amendment to achieve what is necessary, not the second.
Fix that shitty behavior. Nobody needs it and a true revolution does not either.

There were many good candidates out there running for the US congress that were authentically going to work for the people in 2025 if elected. Solid Progressives.

in these races, but finally, people are sincerely ready for the idea of citizen

different with angry fired government workers running for office.
Democrats were not supportive. Call up
the good ones and tell them to join the Green Party. Get celebrities like Jesse

Dems and Pubs have unnecessary rules to hinder third parties.

EVERYONE ON Social Security getting
less than $2000 a month. needs that boost of $500. All that overtime I did and
I still get less than a thousand.
The big problem is Alzheimers. On one
job we planted a womans pots around the pool and she told us her husband was
violently Alzy and he’s been thrown out of 3 places already. She didn’t feel

care is not easy to find and this is where all lives matter. Even the rich get

The workers from 1945 to 2025 built

5. Decentralization
Centralization of wealth and power contributes to social and
economic injustice, environmental destruction, and militarization. We seek a
restructuring of social, political and economic institutions away from a system
controlled by and mostly benefiting the powerful few, to a democratic, less
bureaucratic system. Decision-making should, as much as possible, remain at the
individual and local level, while assuring that civil rights are protected for
all.
This is about the best one. The Green Party
are the conservatives now. The actual freedom fighting conservatives.
16 1% Federal Property tax on all properties valued over

Land hoarding by the gluttonously
wealthy continues without opposition. Tax them enough so they sell off their

In 1933 there were 3 times more hiking

price. Sacrificing forest life for your wealth, be prepared
to pay the price.
17 BAN 20 million guns. The worst of the worst. This is where I lose everybody. People are begging for a reasonable solution. We are not safe with weapons of war in the hands of people who intend to use them on their fellow citizens. If you had to have insurance, the insurance companies would clean up sloppy practices. This is also part of the strategy to get corporations (gun manufactuers)fight each other instead of the government.

20 gerrymandered congressional districts redrawn
Here’s a great way to start the
citizens use of AI. Citizens committee to redraw congressional districts
(CCRCD). Have AI create a list of suggested polling sites. So many states are

22 FEDERAL BUS PROGRAM WOULD RUN AS GOOD

Stops at all the rural hubs. ALSO … Connect east and west coast with a shipping
rail across the entire middle of the country to reduce interstate truck travel.
Wildlife corridors all the way across. Easier to elevate rail and less width
needed in remote mountainous areas.
23 Department of Peace. Make CIA budget public
and have an oversight committee of 20 citizens. Our goal is peace and it’s no
secret. We would encourage the youth of China Russia and the United States to
band together to end weapon production and take all these world ending
weapons away from these lunatic autocrats.
24 ACCELERATED MINIMUM WAGE
A $17 minimum is the death knell for
small business. One of the few things Bernie Sanders is wrong about. Make
$13.50 the minimum for any businesses grossing less than a million $.
25 WORLD PARK IN THE ARTIC CIRCLE
Another
issue is these countries think they have the right to pillage the Arctic as the
ice melts. People in the three countries can unite and declare the ocean open
to all individuals AND not to profit. It’s needed for the future. we have to
learn to live with less or people a hundred years from now will have no
precious metals left. to make shit with. How do we make people realize we are stealing from the

So here’s the deal. Those gaining office that year will

stream your own representative. Piece of cake folks, we need strategy. People
back in their districts can observe the gladhanders, crooks and influence

It’s real. How many truck drivers tired and
over worked today? Way too many, even after regulations to help them. We need
to hear their stories. Farmers trucks and stores. Who would be a good
transportation Secretary? Surely, he articulates workers dissatisfaction better
than someone like Tucker Carlson whose initiatives for truckers was about
vaccines. No vaccines Wah wah.
What about unpaid drivers sitting around waiting for the
next ride? Drivers making less than some states minimum wage because of all the
expenses they incur as “private contractors?”
I get worried on the interstate, when these drivers are
three feet behind me, then they zoom past me with their blade encrusted

the needs of workers, or just the whiny virtue signaling issues of the big

30 JOIN THE GREEN PARTY
I suggest Progressives join the Green Party that has done the work to get on the ballots of most states, but otherwise politically, is a fish flopping on the dock.
Let the Democrats have all the dinner party, city slicker rich Libruls they want. Conservative conspiracy theorists rarely have any true insights and offer very little for community cohesiveness. But I have found that most people don't care either way with politics and would and would support a small business revival. t***p voters are generally nature enthusiasts and pet lovers, and we can help the ones that regain their common sense. Like I said most dont care about either "side". These are regular folks, these are the people that can be lured away from the GOP by a common sense third party agenda.
People see Democrats now as men who want to be women, and women that act like men. Do nothing Democrats have stigmatized themselves. Pretty messed up and an inaccurate analysis of an important demographic.
